Ain't liftin' a biotch?
My running is not up to par yet, but I have been lifting weights like a pro. By the time Mudders and Grunters rolls around, I am going to be buff! Slow and tired, but buff! I might even flex for you, Hill!
For the race, don't forget to pack duct tape and veggie bags.
I really think that this blog thing is going to work for our long distance training partnership!

OK, I am slowly getting the hang of this blogging.
I actually read your amazon journal so I know all about your cheesecake! That's high-tech, complete with pictures. Fancy fancy!
I think this will be good for us. So, let's see should I give you a daily diet and execise, that might be good. I don;t know if I can be active like this on a daily basis, but I can try. That would rock.
P.S.
Did you notice my occupation?

I did not notice your occupation, but I will be looking in a minute.
I can't believe you read my other blog..I feel so honored. Did you read the one about Maurice?
I might come back later and add pics from my first Mudders and Grunters attempt.
I don't think we can expect to be active everyday, but if we check in with each other on a semi-daily basis, we will be set!
It's almost like training together.

The down fall of working in an office is when people bring in boxes of chocolates and loafs of garbage bread.
And so, although I have not gorged my face full of food, the calories I did have were all the WRONG kind.
Self control and willpower allude me.
This week is going downhill in terms of diet.
