Time is a-tickin'


Mudders and Grunters is coming up fast and furious...don't even think about backing out, Amazon Hil, you invited other friends to go!



Did I mention that you should wear old clothes? Also, we're gonna need some shower time before we go for drinks...you did invite Renee and Kate to drink, right?

    Hey Al,
    Stop trying to scare me, because I am an Amazon and not easily intimidated. I started week 1 of a 10 week 1/2 Marathon training. It's only three days a week, a speed exercise, a tempo-run and then a distance. This week the distances are short, but next week I will start hurting. So far this week I have done the speed exercise. I have never done anything like that before, it hurt. I was wheezing, and I thought my heart would explode. Ryan said that was a good thing. Runners are Nuts!!! Why am I trying to be one?? Anyway, just thought I would share with my partner in Amazon. See you Sunday. Hopefully Holly will work for me on Saturday, and I will be able to come home for an extra day and have more time to hang out :-)

    Ooooh, I didn't see the rest of your blog. The pictures showed up, then after 5 minutes I saw M&G is coming up fast & furious, but now I see there is more.
    I'm not backing out, but I hope my friends are up to the challenge. My friend Irene is coming, not to confuse with Renee who did Komen in Central Park with us 800 years ago and who now lives in California and works for Guiness. THis is Irene, who you have probably met, she lives by Pawling and her and her fiance are really into cycling. You gals can bond over spinning together. We might go to Kates after the run, because she lives on this island in Croton and they are selling it so its the last time for a party. So maybe we should buy Margarita mix and make it ourselves while over loooking the Croton river. It'll be a party no matter how we work it.

    Sweet! I'll have to see about this party thing....I was hoping for a trip to SOB's which has the best margaritas ever...just 1 and you're fuzzy.

    I don't know why I confused Irene with Renee...who knows?
